It’s January 1, 2014 – the start of a new year and the launch of two more NorthAmericaTalk community social networks. Today, WhatcomTalk and GraysHarborTalk became members of the Talk family.
WhatcomTalk covers the Bellingham, Washington area. More than 205,000 people call Whatcom County home creating a social cloud of approximately 164,000 people. Home to Western Washington University and just minutes away from the Canadian, Bellingham has a strong “buy local” feel creating the ideal market for a Talk platform.
Situated on the Washington coast, Grays Harbor is a community with people at its center. More than 70,000 people call this naturally beautiful area home. With a focus on highlighting the good things happening in Grays Harbor, a mix of private businesses and public entities joined together to creatively find a way to fund the community social network.
